Sumip introduced this anchor base type Poles.
In this design heavy duty Hot deep Galvanized Mild steel base / High grade aluminum casting base is bonded fiberglass shaft & the base is with polyurethane coat to match pole color.
If require we can supply hot dip galvanized anchor bolts with shrouds also.

Finishing of pole
Sumip poles are finished & coated Polyurethane coating. The UV inhibitors are added into the resin & coated for maximum life.
Before being coated smooth finish poles undergo several finishing step to achieve their smooth surface.
The pole is polished before applying finish coat of polyurethane coating.
Our shafts coated, before the final manufacturing step to add cap, tenons, bases etc.
to make them for use up to the customer satisfaction.
